Return and Refund Policy

All appliances purchased from Allstar Appliances Sales come with a 90 day warranty. Our 90 day warranty includes returns and refunds within the allotted time. Our warranty does cover all labor and parts if your product has an issue. Our warranty does not cover any issues with your electrical outlets, ventilation systems, or water connections. 

If your product has an issue within the allotted warranty, we will service the machine. If your machine is unrepairable, we will swap your machine out with one of equal or lesser value or refund you the full product amount. If you are not satisfied with your product and it does function properly; you will only receive a 50% refund on the product or full amount in-store credit.
